The main market for this product is in the Middle East, and countries with a Muslim tradition require slaughter and Halal cutting, that is, the supplying plants need to be certified.

The cuts can be bone and boneless. Whole chicken on the bone and without giblets (called Griller) is a popular product exported worldwide. It can also be sold with giblets, being called Broiler.

Boneless cuts include: Boneless Chicken, Breast, Sassami, Wing, Thigh, Back, Offals.
